How to install new fonts for M96 OnyxReader?

When looking at my old Kindle 6" (3rd gen) next to the M96 I *long* for the Kindle font.

Any pointers on firstly how to load fonts onto the M96 and secondly where to get (legally) the font the kindle uses (or a very close approximation)
