M92 stopped loading HTTPS pages

About a week ago, my M92 no longer loads SSL (https) pages.
No error, it simply does nothing, i.e. tries quickly and return to the 100% on the current page immediately.
I has worked fine for years prior to this.

Does anybody have an inkling as to what might be the cause of this?
Needles to say, I need this working.

I guess I could reinstall the software, but it would be nice if it cold be fixed with a less drastic solution.

Any thoughts?
