Quickly zoom in/out 2-column scrolling mode

In Neoreader I use the 2-column academic mode for pdf, but often graphs, tables, etc are in the center so I have to zoom out to see the graph completely. However that triggers the reading mode to move back to 1-page.

So is there anyway to return quickly the the quadrant that I was reading before zooming out?
