Firmware 2.0: Note select tool question

The new select tool in 2.0 is really nice, but I'm not able to find any way to constrain rotation (eg. to 45 degree increments) or scaling (eg. preserve aspect ratio).

Are these features hiding somewhere, or are they not implemented (yet)?
