Onyx Boox Max, SD card and battery life

Hello.
When I plug in SD card, Max doesn't get in to deep sleep (Android 4.0.4 and 4.4.4). Wakelock are suspend_backoff and irq_wakelock.
Max rooted.
I tried:
- formatting SD from PC and from Max
- another SD
- reset
- new install from MfgTool2
Any suggestions?
